Vietnam M&A Forum 2018

10th Vietnam M&A Forum was successfully co-organised by the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI) on 8th August, 2018 and welcoming the attendance of Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue and Minister of MPI Nguyen Chi Dung

The theme “New Thrust. New Era.”, Vietnam M&A Forum recap the 10 years journey and share opportunities and experiences for M&A strategy in Vietnam for the next decade.

Fortis-bridge – a leading investment advisor in Vietnam has co-sponsor the Vietnam M&A Forum 2018 and spoke at panel discussion by Ms. Renee Kha – Managing Director of Fortis-bridge in section “Strategies to boost M&A activities” outlining issues relating to land use rights, land use fee, financial obligation of land, business valuation from the point of market value.
